Suggested items include homemade baked goods, preserves, pickles, herb and spice blends, non-alcoholic elixers and mixers, Kombucha & Jun SCOBYs, sourdough starters, non-alcoholic beverages, syrups, vinegars, foraged foods, homegrown produce, backyard eggs, etc.

5. All items for swap must be clearly labeled, dated, and portioned.

6. Samples are permitted in compliance with FDA food safety guidelines and with prior approval from the event coordinator.

7. This is a free swap event only! If you wish to sell your handmade goods, please apply to be a vendor at our Farmers Market.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Swap participants must check in and set up their tables starting at 2:30 pm. Each participant will be provided with swap bid cards for each variety of item they have to swap. Set up must be completed by 3 pm.

2. The first hour of the swap, participants may peruse the swap tables and write down their swap bids for their preferred items. No swaps are permitted during this time to allow all items to be bid on fairly.

3. For the remainder of the event, participants are free to follow up on their preferred swap bids & trade for their desired items. Excess items at the end of the swap may be taken home or donated to the BAC Free Food Pantry.
